Telephone answering in a morning is hard to get through for a same day doctor. 8.00 am to 8.30 is just continuous, engaged and then pot luck as to whether you get an appointment or to ring again at 11.30.

It would help to be able to see a doctor who knows you when you have an ongoing condition.

The appointment system could be improved as it took me all day to get an appointment for my son. And after some phone calls managed to get one after surgery after being told non all day.

Thorough checks. - Surgery had loud static noise while waiting(may have been heating). This was at times very loud.
